Grant Deed
Grant deeds are the most common instrument of conveyance in the state of California. It is necessary to list a grantor and grantee. Additionally, a description of the property being transferred and a statement transferring an ownership interes from the grantor to the grantee are needed.
Notary Jurat
A Jurat is a type of notary act where the signer must swear under oath before a notary public. Jurat certificate wording must accompany all Jurat notary acts with the document, or an attached certificate form.
