Cathy Rutten has over 25+ years of successful escrow and title experience. As a former Title Officer, Cathy brings to LMTE her ability to clear title issues with a knowledge and efficiency seldom matched in the industry. Since 1994, she has been handling residential, exchanges, commercial, industrial and multi-site transactions nationwide. She has years of experience managing escrow operations and has created training classes and seminars for the industry. She is committed to continuing education to provide all clients with the latest developments affecting the industry. Cathy has served on the Board of Directors for both The Los Angeles Escrow Association and Escrow Associates of The San Gabriel Valley.
